Standard Support
  • Telephone, email, and web-based support on all issues during business hours (9am - 6pm). Primarily focused on installation and configuration type issues.  
  • Standard support is included for a period of one year in the initial package.
Advantage Support

Advantage Support is premium support for all issues which includes the following

  • 24x7 telephone support for Severity 1 and Severity 2 mission critical issues.
  • 24 hour access to webMethods Advantage support website
  • Seven Authorized Technical Contacts with Softima or webMethods.
  • Software Maintenance and new version updates
  • webMethods new letter providing info on new features, events and customer articles.
